The membership of the association is open to ethnic Chinese to public health or related professions and associations. Membership is divided into institutional, Life, Ordinary and Associate Member. Life and Ordinary Member is open for all profession except student. Student can apply for Associate Member. The Istitutional Member can nominate up to 5 quotas to participate the activities of the association. The Entrance Fees and Membership Fees are as follows:

Application procedure
- Complete the Application Form.
- The Fees should be paid by a crossed cheque, which should be payable to “The World association of Chinese Public Health Professionals Limited”. Do not mail the cash.
- Please mail the cheque together with the completed application form to the Secretariat.: Hong Kong Centre for Health Promotion & Disease Prevention,G/F.,m266 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai,Hong Kong.
- All applications must be approved by the Secretary General of the Association. If the application was not approved, the cheque. will returned to the applicant
